Our calculators run entirely in your own browser. We don't ask you to sign up, and we don't collect or store the figures you type in. The only information that ever reaches us is what you choose to send us yourself, for example by tapping a WhatsApp button.
Calculator inputs. The numbers you enter into the Maximum Loan Assessor, Option Analysis, or Sale Proceeds calculators are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to or stored on any PropLeh server. Closing the tab clears them.
WhatsApp messages. If you tap a WhatsApp button on this site, your device opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled (which may include a summary of your calculator results and a reference code). Nothing is sent unless you choose to press send in WhatsApp. Once sent, that message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours, and is received on the WhatsApp account shown.
Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to this site, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. This service is cookieless and does not track you individually or across other websites, and does not collect personal information such as your name or the figures you enter.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have rights over any personal data an organisation holds about you. Since PropLeh does not collect or store personal data through the calculators themselves, this mainly applies to any message you have sent us over WhatsApp. If you'd like us to access, correct or delete information you've previously sent us, message us on the WhatsApp number shown on this site.
We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
